Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when contacting us through our website form:
- Full name and business name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- A message describing your business and goals
We also collect usage data automatically through Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, session duration, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (city/country level). This data is aggregate and anonymized — it is not linked to your identity.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a project quote
- To communicate about your project if you engage our services
- To improve our website based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising targeting.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is shared only as strictly necessary:
- Resend (email delivery) — processes your form message solely to deliver it to our inbox.
- Google Analytics — receives anonymized, aggregate usage data. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Cloudflare — our hosting provider processes network traffic to serve this website securely.
We do not share your information with any advertising platforms, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
4. Data Retention
Inquiry emails received in our inbox are retained for up to 2 years. If you become a client, project-related communications are kept for up to 5 years for business record purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
We do not store form submissions in any database — messages are delivered directly to our email and are not logged on our servers.
5. Cookies and Tracking
This site loads Google Analytics after the page has fully loaded, using a deferred non-blocking method designed to minimize performance impact. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site usage. No marketing or retargeting cookies are used.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Security
All data is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We apply security headers (Content Security Policy, HTTP Strict Transport Security, X-Frame-Options) to protect against common web vulnerabilities. Our hosting infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, which includes DDoS protection and network-level security.
7. Your Rights — Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA)
If you are a Texas resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (effective July 1, 2024):
- Right to know — Confirm whether we process your personal data
- Right to access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to delete — Request deletion of your personal data
- Right to opt out of sale — We do not sell personal data; this right is not applicable here
- Right to appeal — If we decline your request, you may appeal within a reasonable period
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@flowmindstudio.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days as required by Texas law, with one possible 45-day extension if needed.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed exclusively to businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately for deletion.
9. Changes to This Policy
